Product Overview

Our welded stainless steel tubes are manufactured from austenitic grades 304, 316, 316L and duplex grade S32205. Designed for demanding applications including boilers, heat exchangers, new energy cooling systems, structural components, and automotive parts. We also provide in‑house surface treatment (blasting, pickling) and fin rolling for high‑efficiency heat dissipation.

Grade Key Characteristics (SEO focus)
304 General‑purpose austenitic stainless steel – good oxidation resistance and formability.
316 Molybdenum‑bearing (2‑3% Mo) – improved creep resistance and chloride corrosion resistance.
316L Low‑carbon version of 316 – eliminates intergranular corrosion after welding. Ideal for sustained high‑temperature service up to 850°C.
S32205 Duplex stainless steel (22% Cr, 5% Ni, 3% Mo, 0.17% N). Double yield strength compared to 304/316, excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance.
