High-temperature resistance · Creep resistance · Finned tubes · Pickling & blasting services
Our welded stainless steel tubes are manufactured from austenitic grades 304, 316, 316L and duplex grade S32205. Designed for demanding applications including boilers, heat exchangers, new energy cooling systems, structural components, and automotive parts. We also provide in‑house surface treatment (blasting, pickling) and fin rolling for high‑efficiency heat dissipation.
| Grade | Key Characteristics (SEO focus) |
|---|---|
| 304 | General‑purpose austenitic stainless steel – good oxidation resistance and formability. |
| 316 | Molybdenum‑bearing (2‑3% Mo) – improved creep resistance and chloride corrosion resistance. |
| 316L | Low‑carbon version of 316 – eliminates intergranular corrosion after welding. Ideal for sustained high‑temperature service up to 850°C. |
| S32205 | Duplex stainless steel (22% Cr, 5% Ni, 3% Mo, 0.17% N). Double yield strength compared to 304/316, excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance. |

|---|---|---|---|
| 304 | 800 | Moderate | ❌ No |
| 316 | 850 | Good (Mo content) | ✅ Yes |
| 316L | 850 | Good (low carbon, stable) | ✅ Yes |
| S32205 | 600–650* | Very high (strength) | ❌ (limited to <650°C) |
*S32205 not recommended for long‑term exposure above 600°C due to sigma phase embrittlement. For extreme high‑temperature creep (650‑850°C), choose 316/316L.*
